Where the products come from

Manufacture and testingMade and tested in the United States. Each lot is analysed by an accredited laboratory named on its Certificate of Analysis.
FulfilmentDispatched within the United States to United States delivery addresses, direct from the manufacturing facility — boxes and single vials alike, as the Supplier holds no stock — tracked end to end and signed for on receipt. The route is set out in the delivery policy.

Carriage, customs and documentation

Carriers, transit times and rates are published in the delivery policy. Export restrictions and the end-use declaration are set out in export and legal restrictions.

No tax rate is configured for any destination and none is inferred. Import duty, import tax, customs clearance and handling charges arising at the destination border are assessed by the destination authority, are payable by the buyer as importer of record, and are not included in the price shown or in the carriage charge.
