Accessibility statement
Commitment
The Supplier intends this site to be usable by as many people as possible, and aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Measures taken
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, a labelled header and footer, and headings in document order.
- A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible focus indication on every interactive element, using a 2-pixel outline with an offset rather than a colour change alone.
- Every form control has a programmatically associated label; hints and errors are associated with their control.
- Colour is never the only means of conveying information. Restricted destinations, placeholders and verification states each carry a text label as well as a colour.
- Specification data is presented in real tables with header cells, not in layout grids.
- Text contrast meets the 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text.
- The layout reflows to a single column below 900 pixels and tolerates 200% zoom without loss of content.
- No content flashes, moves or auto-advances. No carousel, no auto-playing media.
- The site functions without JavaScript for reading and navigation. Consent controls and the age-and-capacity confirmation require JavaScript.

The statements above describe measures implemented in the code of this site. They have not been confirmed by an independent audit, and this statement will be revised when one has been carried out.
Position under Directive (EU) 2019/882
The European Accessibility Act has applied to e-commerce services since 28 June 2025. Its scope is directed at services provided to consumers.
The Supplier contracts only with buyers acting in the course of a business, and operates no consumer-facing sales channel, so the consumer e-commerce obligations may not apply to this service. The measures above are applied irrespective of how that question is answered.

Where information cannot be reached in the form published, the Supplier will supply it in an alternative format on request.
Enforcement
A complaint about accessibility that the Supplier has not resolved may be taken to the enforcement body designated in Malta under Directive (EU) 2019/882: [[ACCESSIBILITY_ENFORCEMENT_BODY]].
