No web enquiry form
Enquiries are taken by email and telephone only. There is deliberately no free-text enquiry form on this site.
A form invites, records and publishes exactly the class of question that must never be answered — how to prepare, combine or administer a compound. Correspondence handled by named operators, with a written standard for what is not answered, is a controllable channel. A form is not.
What is not answered
Operators do not answer questions about preparation for administration, quantities per administration, combinations, or use in humans or animals, in any channel. An enquiry of that kind receives the supply restrictions and nothing further, and is recorded.
